A ring road in process for the public of Rawalpindi

A route is set to be planned as an economic hub with a well-established industrial, educational and health sector for the general public with a lot of opportunities.

Ring road is in process to become an international standard project, according to reports; it will be 360 feet wide road and will have up to 10 interchanges. Soon at Ring road, a new city will take place which will have two industrial zones.

One of the industrial zone will be 2,000 acres and the other will be 1,000 acres. For colleges and universities, a 700 acre zone will be reserved whereas 300acre for health zone.

The project will end in three year’s term and will be completed in July 2023. It will start from Rawat Radio Pakistan lead up to Sang Jani. Work on the Islamabad section of the Ring road will begin next year.
