A recruiter’s deception causes over 100 Pakistani nurses to lose their jobs in Saudi Arabia

Due to the identical verification report that was provided for many paramedics, dozens more Pakistani nurses were fired from their positions in Saudi Arabia.

According to information obtained, private recruiters made a mistake by using falsified online verification of the credentials of Pakistani nurses, despite the fact that these nurses were adequately qualified for the positions.

Following internet inspections of the documents, the Kingdom discovered the fakes and sent a significant number of nurses back home.

D.G. Emigration and Overseas Employment, in the in the meantime, took the situation seriously once functional anomalies reported by international employers in the Kingdom came to light.

The Pakistani authorities placed the recruiter from Rawalpindi on a blacklist and suspended his license.

In order to prevent such occurrences from happening in the future, a committee has been established to conduct a more thorough examination. The private company used the same verification report to get employment for more than 300 nurses.
