The Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque are being prepared for Ramadan by the group in charge of their upkeep. They want to guarantee that every day, over ninety thousand individuals can worship and break their fast on the roof of the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina.

The mosque’s roof is enormous, spanning over 67,000 square meters. It’s a serene location where people may pray. There are 24 separate staircases close to the mosque’s entrance that may be used to reach there. In order to facilitate people’s mobility, six escalators have been installed. This will be beneficial, particularly during peak hours when there are a lot of people present.

To accomplish all of these arrangements, volunteers and employees of the General Authority are collaborating. In addition to spraying the mosque to get rid of pests and laying down 5,000 prayer mats, they are also cleaning and sanitizing its exterior and preparing spaces for guests to break their fast.

In addition, they are providing food, Zamzam (a special drink), and more than twenty thousand Qurans to those who are fasting and praying.

There are individuals available to assist you if you need guidance or assistance. And just before dusk, they begin preparing everything for iftar, the meal that breaks the fast. In this manner, after eating, everything is prepared and ready for people to pray.
