Pakistan cricket team leaves for Ireland and England series

The Pakistani cricket team departs for a series in England and Ireland.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, the national cricket squad of Pakistan departed for Dublin on Tuesday in order to play a Twenty20 series against Ireland.

Captain Babar Azam, Abrar Ahmed, Azam Khan, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Hasan Ali, Iftikhar Ahmed, Imad Wasim, Mohammad Abbas Afridi, Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Rizwan, Muhammad Irfan Khan, Naseem Shah, Saim Ayub, Salman Ali Agha, Shadab Khan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Usman Khan are among those who departed for the Ireland and England series.

Mohammad Amir, the elite pacer, had a delayed visa before.

For Pakistan’s second-to-last series before the ICC T20 World Cup in June, which is taking place, Mohammad Amir came out of retirement.

England and Pakistan will play four Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) after the Irish series. On June 6, they will play their opening World Cup match in Dallas against co-hosts the United States of America.
