To highlight the city’s potential and delve into its rich past, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, in partnership with the Pakistan Army and Tour Da Pekhawar, established Night Tourism in Peshawar.

The Pakistan Army, Tour Da Pekhawar, and the Directorate of Archaeology and Museums in KP are partners in the project.

Families from Peshawar and other Pakistani towns were among the at least 50 visitors who came to the Night Tourism event to learn more about the rich history, culture, and legacy of the area.

To see the rich history of the city, visitors went to the Sethi House, the Qissa Khawani market, and the Peshawar Museum. Throughout the trip, the tourists displayed pleasure and joy at the attractions they had seen.

The proposal, according to Dr. Abdul Samad, Director of Archaeology, would provide tourists with a special chance to take in the charm of the capital city’s ancient landmarks after dusk.

It is important to note that KITE Project DoT, which is supported by the World Bank, is helping to restore museums and other cultural assets and is also supporting the “Heritage By Night” project in KP’s capital city.

In order to support the Heritage By Night programme, the KITE Project illuminated the Peshawar Museum, Gor Khatri, and Sethi House.
