Haris Rauf, a fast bowler, stated that he was unable to play in the Test series against Australia due to stiffness in his body.

Haris Rauf spoke out to Chief Selector Wahab Riaz about the reasons he won’t be available for the next Australia series. According to reports, Rauf said, “I know my body well; that’s why I can’t go to Australia,” in response to Wahab Riaz’s request for him to travel to Australia with the Pakistani side.

Citing physical discomfort, Haris Rauf emphasised, “I can’t take the risk now because I suffered an injury during the previous Test match.” Haris Rauf stated that he would rather concentrate on white-ball cricket over the setup, saying, “All my focus is on the T20 series against New Zealand and the World Cup.” I want to play for Pakistan in Test matches, but I can’t fit in with the team.

This unique look into Haris Rauf’s thinking illuminates his tactical decision to put recuperation and getting ready for future T20 matches first, offering an understanding of the complex dynamics that exist in the cricket game.
