Due to heavy fog in Lahore on Tuesday, traffic on the Islamabad-Lahore highway was suspended.

According to a representative for the highway police, the growing fog was the reason why the road was closed to traffic.

“Traffic on the Lahore-Sialkot motorway (M11) is also suspended,” he continued.

There is still a lot of cold in Lahore.

On Tuesday, the residents of Lahore still had to deal with the issue of the growing cold.

The city was being hit by a cold wave. Still, the fog had lingered, and the city had seen a reduction in pollution.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) for Lahore was 185.

The precipitation in the latter week of January was anticipated by the Pakistan Metrological Department (PMD). The city’s maximum temperature is predicted to be 9 degrees Celsius, while the lowest temperature will likely stay at 4 degrees Celsius.
