As PCB releases the player roster, Amir and Imad Wasim are scheduled to attend the Kakul fitness camp

The players who would participate in an intense physical conditioning camp at Kakul ahead of the T20 World Cup were unveiled by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday.

Starting on Tuesday, 29 players—including Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Saud Shakeel, Fakhar Zaman, and Saim Ayub—will participate in a physical conditioning camp.

The news that Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim have also been chosen for the Kakul fitness camp has fans ecstatic. Beginning on March 26 in Abbottabad, the camp’s main objectives will be mental and physical toughness as well as team development.

The players will get ready for forthcoming competitions and series, including a series against Ireland and England and home T20I matches versus the Kiwis.

The objectives of Kakul Camp are to improve general performance, leadership, agility, and fitness. A new selection committee, made up of team executives and former cricket players, has also been formed.
