Rising tensions between US and China

During these recent times, there have been tensions between China and the US. The relations are not getting any better and now it is being said that they might get even worse as it is quite bad at the moment.

Recently China introduced a strict national security law for Hong Kong, which became a reason for increased tensions, while the two are already at bad terms over different matters including the global epidemic of corona virus, the South China Sea and bilateral trade rules.

Indian columnist Rakesh Sood says the US goal of strengthening China against the Soviet Union was achieved in the 1990s.

By then, however, the interest of big companies in China had grown, and to justify this, some American planners began to say, “If the economy grows, so will the political level.” The friendship of the time, which seemed to be a compulsion of the United States, had become greed by the time of Deng Xiaoping.

According to Deng Xiaoping, “It doesn’t matter if the cat is brown or black, it catches the rat.”

This is what he said about US and his intention was clear that we have to move forward on the tail of the Americans.

Due to this, China is currently the largest trading partner of two-thirds of the world’s countries, up from a few years ago, either in Europe or elsewhere. Though the situation was not the same in Past. The two countries have been very close some 200 years ago.

It should be kept in mind that the rising conflicts between these two countries have a potential to disrupt the world.
