The Punjabi government has launched a scholarship programme to help worthy and gifted students.

Candidates must have received at least 60% of the possible points in their 2023 matriculation and intermediate examinations in order to be eligible.

Prospective scholars can submit their requests online until January 31, 2024, using the Punjab Education Endowment Fund (PEEF) application procedure.

This initiative extends its reach to orphans and students with special needs, broadening the inclusivity of the scholarship.

Additionally, children of government employees in grades 1 to 4, earning a monthly salary below Rs. 60,000, can also avail themselves of this opportunity.

In order to promote diversity in educational support, minority students—as defined by the Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs—are encouraged to apply.

In addition, the scholarship programme shows its generosity to the offspring of citizens who were killed by terrorists.

By embracing a diverse range of eligible candidates, the Punjab government aims to empower students from various backgrounds to pursue their academic aspirations.
