PIA transfers 450 employees from Karachi to Islamabad

Pakistan international airline (PIA) has ordered around 500 employees to be transferred from Karachi to the capital of the country, Islamabad. Reportedly the management of PIA has asked 450 employees to take up the marketing department from Karachi to Islamabad.

Only one PIA office in currently working in Sindh that is in Larkana. Other than this one office, all other offices in Sindh have been closed off. At first the employees were transferred to Karachi from interior Sindh.

Now after the transfer from interior Sindh to Karachi, the employees are further being transferred to Islamabad.

According to the sources: “The officers are suffering from severe anxiety and frustration after receiving sudden transfer orders,”
