A survey on Nawaz Sharif’s speech; 33 percent agree with his stance

Recently a survey was conducted by the Gallup Pakistan regarding the recent speech delivered by the former prime minster Nawaz Sharif.

Around 1500 people participated in this survey. The survey showed the results that around 33% of the population agreed with the statements of Nawaz Sharif in the speech.

A statement by Gallup read: “A larger 39 percent said they disagreed and 24 percent said they neither agreed or disagreed, It appears, public opinion is split on the issue with only 1 in 3 siding with Nawaz Sharif hard stance during the speech.”

It appeared that among the respondents, around 47% agreed with Nawaz Sharif’s claim that PM Imran Khan has not been doing well with the economy of Pakistan.

Statement read: “Here again however, public opinion was split with 41 percent disagreeing with this claim and another 12 percent choosing to sit on the fence with respect to this debate,”
